Qualifications

6+ years of robust civil litigation and/or construction law experience.
Florida construction law experience and Board Certification are highly celebrated here.
Ability to mentor, lead a high-performing team of attorneys and paralegals.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic litigation for premium clients from claim filing through trials/arbitrations.
Architect client business strategies to protect margins and navigate project risk.
Serve as trusted advisor to construction entrepreneurs with forward-thinking solutions.
Mentor and direct a project team to ensure seamless case execution.
