LHH in Seattle, WA, seeks Associate Attorney (1-3 years) or Attorney (5+ years) to join a plaintiff-side employment litigation practice focused on wage-and-hour class actions. This onsite, full-time role involves handling complex matters, motions, depositions, and court appearances, with no billable hour requirement.
You will work alongside experienced plaintiff-side litigators in a collaborative environment that emphasizes client advocacy, mentorship, and growth within a national platform.

With continued expansion into Washington State, the firm is seeking ambitious attorneys to join its growing Seattle office. The organization is known for its ethical approach, strong client advocacy, collaborative culture, work-life balance, and the absence of billable hour requirements.
Attorneys will manage and support complex employment litigation matters involving wage-and-hour class actions, representative actions, unfair business practices, discrimination, and related employment claims.
This role offers substantial litigation exposure, including motion practice, depositions, court appearances, discovery management, and strategic case development.
