This role supports national and regional clients in both federal and state court matters across Pennsylvania. We’re looking for candidates with strong academic backgrounds and a genuine interest in trial work spanning mass tort, product liability, commercial litigation, and general liability defense.

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Pennsylvania bar license
• 2-5+ years of litigation experience with a track record in general liability defense; product liability experience a plus
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a caseload from intake through summary judgment
• Solid experience with pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motions practice
