Job Title: Associate Attorney

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and child support.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions.
- Provide clients with sound legal advice and develop case strategies.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law and related legal developments.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Tennessee State Bar.
- 1-7 years of experience in family law preferred.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- A commitment to providing high-quality legal services and client care.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $60,000 - $120,000 (based on experience).
- You will have a base salary and an incentive-based bonus schedule. The ratio of base v. bonus is negotiable but more base salary will be given to more experienced candidates.
- While not required, there are additional bonuses beyond your pay structure for bringing in clients.
- Health Care, 401k, PTO, paid federal holidays off, and some telecommuting allowed. More experienced candidates will be given more flexibility with telecommuting.

Additional Information:
- This position handles family law cases (i.e., divorce, child custody, and child support).
- There will be a short training period followed by a 90-day probationary period where certain goals must be achieved. This will all be documented in writing if you receive an offer.
- Experience with Clio is preferred and preference will be given for applicants with certificates from Clio Academy.
