W3Global seeks an attorney for a growing Tennessee law firm with two attorneys and a paralegal, offering a collaborative, team-oriented environment and a path to a long-term career.

The practice concentrates on estate planning, trusts, wills, probate, and estate administration, while maintaining active work in family law, business planning, contracts, and civil litigation. You will work directly with clients across varied matters.

Qualifications

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Tennessee Bar.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with a small team.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellent client service.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients and provide practical legal advice.
  • Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
  • Handle probate and estate administration matters.
  • Prepare pleadings, motions, contracts, and legal correspondence.
  • Manage litigation matters from filing through resolution.
  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda.
  • Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions.
  • Work closely with clients to provide responsive, high-quality legal representation.

Our client is a growing law firm with a collaborative, team-oriented environment consisting of two attorneys and one experienced paralegal. We are looking for an attorney who is motivated, dependable, and eager to build a long-term career with our firm.
Our primary focus is growing our areas of estate planning, trusts, wills, probate, and estate administration, while also maintaining active practices in family law, business planning, contract disputes, and civil litigation. We are seeking someone who enjoys variety in their practice and wants to develop significant experience while working directly with clients.


Requirements


  • Meet with clients and provide practical legal advice.

  • Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.

  • Handle probate and estate administration matters.

  • Prepare pleadings, motions, contracts, and legal correspondence.
