Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 1+ years of legal experience, preferably focused on litigation.
• Admission to the Tennessee Bar or eligibility to become admitted promptly.
• Experience with litigation-related tasks, including investigation, motions, pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.

Responsabilités

• Conduct legal research, investigate facts, and analyze issues related to complex litigation.
• Draft and prepare motions, pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Assist with discovery, including document review, preparation, and related litigation activities.
• Support trial preparation and participate in trial-related responsibilities as appropriate.
• Develop persuasive legal arguments and contribute to litigation strategy.
• Communicate professionally with clients, partners, associates, and support staff.
• Manage assigned matters, prioritize competing deadlines, and maintain high-quality work product.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will contribute to complex litigation matters, assisting with case strategy, legal research, written advocacy, discovery, and trial preparation. Key Responsibilities

Salary & Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 - $225,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate
