Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Maryland is seeking a Litigation Attorney to lead a broad portfolio of disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, and fraud claims, with a hybrid work arrangement. The position offers up to $225K base with a performance-based bonus in a prestigious, multi-award-winning environment, alongside a lower-than-industry-hours target and a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Litigation Matters: Manage a broad portfolio of complex disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, business torts, and fraud claims
• Develop Case Strategy and Drive Outcomes: Formulate and execute litigation strategies, overseeing all phases of disputes including pleadings, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations
• Courtroom Advocacy and Dispute Resolution: Lead appearances in state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation, handling hearings, depositions, and trials with confidence and strategic insight.
• Client Advisory and Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing clear, commercially focused guidance on risk, exposure, and dispute resolution strategies while building long-term client relationships
