Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
• Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and court appearances.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case strategy.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide exceptional service throughout the legal process.
• Prepare cases for trial and participate in courtroom proceedings as needed.
