This attorney will independently manage a personal injury caseload, advocate for clients, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare cases for negotiation and litigation.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school is required.
• Active admission to practice law in Illinois in good standing.
• Prior experience handling personal injury matters.
• Strong understanding of personal injury law and litigation processes.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and case management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
• Advocate for injured clients and pursue fair compensation.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case-related issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Prepare cases for negotiation and litigation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and collaborate with legal professionals.
• Monitor case progress, deadlines, and documentation.

This attorney will independently manage a personal injury caseload, advocate for clients, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare cases for negotiation and litigation. What your day will look like:

• Independently manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
• Advocate for injured clients and pursue fair compensation on their behalf
• Conduct legal research and analyze case-related issues
• Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents
• Prepare cases for negotiation and litigation
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients throughout the legal process
• Collaborate with legal professionals while taking ownership of assigned cases
• Monitor case progress, deadlines, documentation, and other case management responsibilities

What we are looking for:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active admission to practice law in the State of Illinois and in good standing
• Prior experience handling personal injury cases
• Strong understanding of personal injury law and litigation processes
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and case management abilities
• Ability to independently manage multiple cases and priorities
• Strong commitment to client advocacy and providing exceptional legal representation
