Thefirmconsult is hiring a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney in Chicago, IL to join our in-office team. We seek a candidate with at least 2 years of plaintiff's personal injury experience who can manage cases from inception through resolution and advocate for injured clients.

The ideal attorney will have strong litigation and negotiation skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with staff to deliver exceptional client

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of plaintiff's personal injury experience.
• Strong understanding of personal injury law and civil litigation.
• Excellent legal writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of plaintiff's personal injury matters from pre-litigation through litigation.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding the status of their cases.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case value.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.

Are you a motivated Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney looking to grow your career with a dynamic and client-focused law firm? We are seeking an attorney with at least 2 years of plaintiff's personal injury experience to join our Chicago office.
