Otten Johnson Robinson Neff & Ragonetti, P.C., a premier commercial real estate and business law firm, is seeking a real estate attorney with a minimum of 2 - 5 years of commercial real estate experience to include finance.The ideal candidate will have significant experience drafting and/or negotiating term, construction, revolving and permanent loans for a variety of assets, including multi-family, retail, industrial and office projects.Experience with agency financing, CMBS loans, affordable housing, real estate purchase agreements and joint venture agreements a plus.

Candidate must have a strong academic record, excellent written and oral communication skills, and be committed to providing exceptional client service.

Otten Johnson offers excellent benefits and a great work environment.Relocation assistance may be available.The anticipated base salary range for this position is $180,000 - $210,000 annually, plus 401k match, profit sharing (once eligible) and other benefits.The actual starting salary will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, education and overall fit for the role.
