Adams & Martin Group, nationally recognized law firm, seeks an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join its Illinois real estate practice. You will handle sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, advising clients with direct client exposure in a collaborative team.

The role offers a base salary of $250,000 to $300,000 plus annual discretionary bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Illinois bar admission and in good standing.
• 5+ years of substantive commercial real estate experience.
• Experience handling complex real estate transactions independently.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Client-focused mindset with strong business judgment.

Responsibilities
