Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate finance and experience working with New York banks and clients, handling high-volume loan documents and closing statements.

The position requires a JD, NJ license (preferred), and at least 1 year of transactional real estate experience. Onsite role with competitive pay and benefits including medical, 401k, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state (NJ preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a transactional real estate attorney.
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex real estate transaction documents.
• Extensive experience with loan documents, NY clientele (banks or private lenders), and closing statements.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong ethical and professional standards.
