Billable hours: 1500 hours annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload of real estate/construction litigation/construction defect/civl litigation/business litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy formulation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution settings.
• Collaborate with partners and team members on complex legal matters.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in CO.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is up to $150,000 - $200,000 with addition to a spectacular bonus structure. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
