Frenkel & Frenkel is seeking an Attorney to join our law firm in a role focused on representing Personal Injury plaintiffs. You will provide legal counsel, perform research, draft documents, and maintain case files while collaborating with administrative staff, colleagues, and senior partners to deliver high-quality services to clients.

You will manage a substantial caseload, prepare for proceedings, and negotiate on behalf of clients.

Qualifications

• Five years experience as a Personal Injury plaintiff attorney.
• Trial experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues to best serve clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare motions, pleadings and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research.
• Prepare for and attend legal proceedings.
