About the Role

The First-Party Property Coverage Attorney will play a key role in a growing and sophisticated property insurance practice, handling high-exposure coverage disputes from pre-suit evaluation through litigation and resolution. This position offers substantial hands‑on responsibility, direct client interaction, and meaningful courtroom experience. Responsibilities

• Manage first-party property coverage disputes from inception through resolution
• Conduct pre-suit coverage analysis and provide strategic recommendations
• Draft pleadings, motions, and coverage opinions
• Take and defend depositions, including Examinations Under Oath (EUOs)
• Participate in mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Collaborate with team members on litigation strategy and case development
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
