Your Role:

• Primarily represent clients in trust and estates litigation, with additional work in family law, estate planning, business transactions, and business litigation as needed.

• Oversee and guide a team consisting of two associate attorneys and four support staff members.

• Handle all phases of case management—from initial discovery through depositions, drafting and arguing motions, to trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar.

• 5 to 10 years of legal practice experience, ideally with a background in team leadership and staff supervision.

• Strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid work ethic.

• Proven leadership qualities—you're decisive, self-assured, and take initiative in your legal practice.
