Job summary

Carolina Energy Conservation in Myrtle Beach, SC seeks a full-time Construction Foreman / Crew Lead to captain a 3-member crew on attic and insulation projects. You will lead, coach, and be the face of the company on-site, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Salary ranges from $60,000 to $90,000 per year with upsell bonuses and volume bonuses. Must have a valid driver’s license and strong leadership, communication, and service skills to drive project success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years construction experience
• Experience in construction management or leadership
• Travel up to 2-4 hours to jobs
• Valid driver’s license required
• Working cell phone required
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to sell and upsell projects to customers
• Ability to manage up to 3 crew members

Responsibilities

• Captain and lead a crew of 3 on attic and insulation projects.
• Represent the company professionally on-site with homeowners.
• Keep projects on time and within budget; anticipate and solve issues.
• Coach and mentor team members to ensure safety and quality workmanship.
