Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee and manage the primary medical care for residents at our Skilled Nursing Facility network. You will serve as the primary care provider, directing patient care and collaborating closely with NPs and PAs.

This part-time role offers a stable schedule with one day per week, guiding resident care and leading a medical team to ensure high-quality outcomes across facilities.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with experience in primary care and long-term care (LTC).
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor NPs and PAs in delivering care.
• Prolonged standing and walking; lifting/moving equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in SNFs, taking responsibility for medical management.
• Conduct patient rounds, collaborating with NPs and PAs to assess and manage resident care.
• Diagnose and treat patients with acute illnesses while overseeing management of ongoing conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.
• Work closely with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care.
