Cornerstone Clinical Partners in Lexington, NC is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents at our skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. You will serve as the primary care provider, with a dedicated NP or PA to support you, collaborating to deliver high-quality patient care.

This part-time role (1 day per week) offers a competitive salary, PTO, and malpractice insurance, with leadership opportunities mentoring NPs and PAs.

Competenze

• Board-certified physician with experience in primary care and long-term care (LTC).
• Strong leadership skills to mentor NPs and PAs in delivering care.
• Ability to stand/walk in facility environments and manage rounds across multiple floors.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in SNFs.
• Conduct patient rounds with NPs and PAs to assess and manage care.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and oversee chronic conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care.
