Cornerstone Clinical Partners in Reidsville, NC seeks an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities. You will be the primary care provider and lead a dedicated NP/PA support team to ensure high-quality patient care.

You will conduct rounds, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, discuss prognosis and care plans with residents and families, and maintain accurate medical records while adhering to healthcare regulations.

Qualificações

• Board-certified physician with primary care and long-term care (LTC) experience.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor NPs and PAs.
• Ability to stand/walk on facility floors during rounds and patient exams.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary care provider for SNF residents and oversee medical care.
• Conduct patient rounds and collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage care.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses while managing chronic conditions.
