Cornerstone Clinical Partners seeks an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents at our facilities. You will be the primary care provider, supported full-time by a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, working with a team to deliver high-quality care.

You will lead medical management, collaborate with nursing and therapy staff, and mentor NPs/PAs to maintain top-of-license practice. The role requires leadership and a focus on resident wellbeing.

Competenze

• Board-certified physician with primary care and long-term care (LTC) experience.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities for NPs and PAs in delivering care.
• Ability to stand/walk in facility environments and navigate multi-level buildings.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary care provider for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).
• Conduct patient rounds with NPs/PAs to assess and manage resident care.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care.
