Job summary

Cornerstone Clinical Partners in Winston-Salem, NC seeks an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents in skilled nursing facilities. A dedicated NP/PA supports you to deliver comprehensive patient care.

The role requires board-certified physicians with LTC experience and strong leadership to mentor NPs and PAs, on a part-time schedule (1 day per week). A competitive salary plus benefits await.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with experience in primary care and long-term care (LTC).
• Prolonged standing and walking on facility floors. Carrying a medical bag, laptop, tablet or diagnostic equipment.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor NPs and PAs in delivering care.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).
• Conduct patient rounds and collaborate with NPs and PAs to manage resident care.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and oversee chronic conditions.
