Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth in Ashland, KY is seeking an Attending Physician to lead population health initiatives within our OCH model. The role centers on clinical leadership in client facilities and close collaboration with Advanced Practice Clinicians to deliver high-quality, team-based care.

This onsite position may also involve Medical Directorship responsibilities. You will work with interdisciplinary teams, oversee care coordination, and participate in continuous improvement efforts while

Qualifications

• MD or DO is required; board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
• CMD certification a plus; required within 2 years if serving in a Medical Directorship capacity.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in applicable state(s); DEA registration as required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in post-acute, long-term care, or value-based care settings preferred.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadership.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (AthenaHealth preferred) and care coordination workflow.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight in client facilities.
• Collaborate with APCs to deliver team-based, high-quality care.
• Lead population health initiatives within Eventus WholeHealth's OCH model.
• Support Medical Directorship roles when designated.
