Job summary

The Attending Physician at Eventus WholeHealth serves as a steward of population health within the Outcomes-Centered Healthcare model, providing clinical leadership in client facilities and partnering with Advanced Practice Clinicians to achieve excellence in patient care and professional client relations.

The role may include Medical Directorship responsibilities, offering clinical oversight and leadership across one or more facilities while aligning with our evidence-based, team-based care

Qualifications

• MD or DO with medical license in the applicable state.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrics preferred.
• CMD certification a plus; required within 2 years if serving in a Medical Directorship capacity

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical teams to deliver high-quality, accountable care in post-acute facilities.
• Collaborate with APCs and facility leadership to optimize patient outcomes.
• Potentially serve as Medical Director with clinical oversight within one or more facilities
