Job summary

Princess Cruises and Holland America Line seeks a Public Areas Attendant at Copper River Princess Lodge to maintain cleanliness and safety in guest and employee areas. You will perform entry-level housekeeping tasks and assist guests with information, supporting the property’s service standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and adherence to safety guidelines, with seasonal full-time scheduling in a lodge setting and housing where available.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Minimum age 18 to reside in company housing, where available.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States. Holland America-Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-2B).

Public Area Attendants set the tone for the entire property. How the property looks and feels plays a huge part in the guest experience. You will be out and about, ensuring all guest and employee areas are safe and clean according to safety standards. You provide excellent customer service and location information while supporting the overall goals of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs a variety of entry-level housekeeping and delivery tasks.
• Routinely cleans public areas.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals.
• Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.
• Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
