Job Summary

The Golf Shop Attendant promotes the game of golf and the Club while providing the Three Steps of Service to Members and guests. Responsibilities include providing quality service, ordering merchandise, and managing shop operations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and friendly customer service, accurately ringing up charges and checking in golfers, including cash handling and meeting operational standards.
• Respond to inquiries and book tee times for Members and guests in person and over the phone, maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times.
• Manage inventory, check-in merchandise, and organize storage and display areas, ensuring stock levels of shirts, socks, gloves, hats, balls, etc.
• Assist with marshaling, starting, and outside services as needed.
• Support the Head Golf Professional, General Manager, and Tournament Coordinators with shop assistance.

About You

• Customer service experience and basic golf knowledge.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, exposed to extreme temperatures and humidity.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
