America's Thrift Stores in Vestavia Hills is hiring for multiple part-time roles at our Birmingham, AL location. Join our donations team to help donors, process items, and keep the floor neat and welcoming.

No previous thrift-store experience required; we value reliability, teamwork, and a friendly customer focus. You will be on rotating shifts Monday through Friday and occasional weekends, in all weather, serving our community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Provide outstanding customer service to donors.
• Be organized and keep donation areas neat and presentable.
• Willing to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Receive donations from donors.
• Track and weigh donations collected.
• Share information about our partners and mission with donors and customers.
• Work in heat, cold and wet weather; load/unload trailers and donation boxes.
