Atrium Hospitality's Kansas City Residence Inn is seeking a full-time hospitality teammate to support guest breakfast and evening service. You will join a collaborative hotel team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

No experience? A great attitude and teamwork are valued; training will be provided. Flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within Atrium Spirit program are highlighted in the benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, customer service, or cashier roles preferred.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs during a shift.
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set the stage for a great guest experience by preparing, presenting, and maintaining our complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception
• Keep everything clean, stocked, and guest-ready—buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment
• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and handle questions or concerns quickly and professionally
• Jump in where needed—light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, or supporting bar/service areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe, clean environment for guests and team members
• Monitor food quality, proper storage, and temperature standards throughout your shift
• Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently
• Communicate key updates during shift changes to keep everyone aligned
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies, and report any issues as needed
