Kansas City Embassy Suites - Atrium Hospitality is seeking a part-time Events Support team member in Kansas City, MO. You will set up and break down banquet rooms, keep spaces guest-ready, and assist with transport of supplies and beverage service to ensure smooth events.

We value stamina, attention to detail, clear communication, and a team-first attitude. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required as events occur.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail to maintain event standards.
• Strong communication with guests, team, and kitchen staff.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Team-oriented approach to support high-volume events.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms per event orders.

• Keep event spaces refreshed and guest-ready throughout the day (yes, including coffee breaks).
• Help transport supplies and materials where they need to go—boxes, programs, or décor.
• Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables as needed.
• Be the friendly face guests remember—anticipating needs and solving small issues with a big smile.
