Job summary

College Park Elementary in Deer Park, Texas is seeking a Clerk, Attendance to maintain accurate attendance records and manage PEIMS data under supervision. You will perform data entry, assist with student records, transcripts, and help staff navigate the eSchool system.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and experience in clerical/data entry; familiarity with school data software is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position with standard district health benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a school office is preferred.
• Clerical and data entry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter attendance and PEIMS data into the database and verify accuracy.
• Maintain student records and process transcript requests.
• Assist parents, students, and staff with attendance questions.
• Produce reports and maintain daily data entry tasks.
• Provide training to staff on eSchool operations.
