Qualifications

• Completion of high school curriculum or equivalent.
• Two years of experience supervising or leading shift workers.
• Possession of a valid Class C driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervises payroll, attendance and activity-based staff management systems.
• Oversees leave management and ensures accuracy of the leave calendar.
• Maintains time and attendance programs and confidentiality of files.
• Coordinates with HR and management; prepares corrective action reports when needed.
• Investigates complaints and resolves issues within area of responsibility.
• Leads and coaches staff; analyzes staffing data to meet business goals.
• Coordinates shift staffing and communicates operational needs to supervision.
• Monitors overtime, contingency procedures and emergency responses.
• Maintains logs and reports to monitor the business unit.
