Qualifications

• BA Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working with diverse populations preferred.

• Ability to respond to needs of students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Circulate the building to support student attendance and punctuality
• Execute hall sweeps
• Document and analyze pass/tardy/skipping data
• Develop check-in system with 10-15 students struggling with attendance
• Communicate regularly with families regarding attendance concerns
• Collaborate with school staff to promote student safety and enforce school rules
• Participate on school-level teams aimed at improving school culture and preventing truancy
• Supervise arrival, dismissal, and lunch
• Other duties as assigned by the principal
