Qualifications

• BA degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working with diverse populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Circulate the building to support student attendance and punctuality.
• Execute hall sweeps.
• Document and analyze pass/tardy/skipping data.
• Develop a check-in system with 10-15 students struggling with attendance.
• Communicate regularly with families regarding attendance concerns.
• Collaborate with school staff to promote student safety, enforce school rules, and support school-wide initiatives.
• Participate on school-level teams to improve school culture and proactively prevent truancy and conflicts.
• Supervise arrival, dismissal, and lunch.
• Other duties as assigned by the principal.
