Job summary

You will oversee the food service operation in the supervisor's absence, manage staffing and compliance with local, state, and federal rules, and lead daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• CFPM certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities in kitchen, dish room and retail food service areas to ensure that quality standards are maintained.
• Responsible for staffing, call offs / absences.
• Ensures that department meets all local, state and federal regulatory requirements.
• Under management direction will maintain standards of service and discipline according to policies and procedures established within the department.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are being completed daily / weekly / monthly.
• Oversee total food service operation in the absence of management.
• Supervise all day to day operations.
• Complete lead shift list daily / weekly / monthly.
