Job summary

Human Touch Home Care seeks an Assistive Technology Professional to evaluate, configure, and support complex rehabilitation technology and mobility equipment. You will work with patients, therapists, physicians, and payers to ensure safe, medically appropriate equipment solutions.

The role focuses on power and manual mobility devices, seating, positioning, and related accessories, while maintaining Medicare, Medicaid, and insurer requirements.

Qualifications

• ATP certification required.
• Experience with DME and CRT devices.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid documentation and payer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person patient assessments and mobility evaluations.
• Review prescriptions and therapy documentation to recommend DME/CRT solutions.
• Configure, program, and fit mobility equipment including power/manual chairs and seating systems.
• Coordinate with occupational/physical therapists, physicians, and caregivers.
• Prepare payer documentation and clinical notes to support funding.
