Qualifications

• Combined minimum of 5 years' higher education and/or work experience in systems design, management and/or architecture.
• Systems administration experience and software deployment expertise.
• Configuration management and patching experience.
• Troubleshooting and operational support skills.
• Experience with Windows-based enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, deploy, maintain, and support vendor-provided ATM software applications, TCR-related tech and platforms.
• Support ATM monitoring, deposit management systems, and related operations.
• Perform software deployment, platform upgrades, patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Use PowerShell, batch scripting and other automation tools for deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with partners, vendors and engineers to drive technology initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of supported applications and vendor technologies used by the Bank.
• Follow risk, regulatory standards and internal control requirements.
