Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and six years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure disciplines.
• Experience supporting, configuring, deploying, and maintaining enterprise software and platforms.
• PowerShell or batch scripting experience.
• Experience with software deployment and release management processes.
• Experience with vulnerability remediation, patch management, and operational support.
• Experience troubleshooting complex systems and platform issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technology management and senior engineers to design, deploy, and operate technical solutions.
• Document standards, policies, and architectural diagrams; perform analysis and testing.
• Interact with business partners to elicit requirements and ensure alignment with needs.
• Coordinate vendor interactions and resources as needed.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and review documentation and changes.
• Maintain awareness of financial services trends and regulatory requirements.
• Design, deploy, configure, and support vendor-provided applications and platforms.
• Develop automation to streamline installation, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, application, and platform issues across integrated systems.
