Pay Rate: $30 - $33 per hour
Position Description

The ATM Operations Lead / Coordinator serves as the operational Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, performance, and continuous improvement of a large-scale ATM environment. This role plays a critical part in both day-to-day operations and long-term strategy, partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance ATM lifecycle management, operational efficiency, security, and fraud mitigation.

The ideal candidate is a proactive operational leader with deep ATM operations experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence outcomes across technical, business, and vendor teams. This position is well-suited for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, mission‑critical environments and are passionate about driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary operational expert for ATM services, supporting daily operations, incident management, and strategic initiatives
  • Lead proactive monitoring of ATM systems, alerts, and incidents to ensure high availability and performance
  • Coordinate timely detection, escalation, resolution, and recovery of operational issues and outages
  • Oversee recovery operations and root cause analysis following system or service disruptions
  • Drive process improvement, optimization, and re‑engineering initiatives across ATM operations
  • Support and coordinate unit and user acceptance testing for new or enhanced systems
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate solutions with existing applications and ensure system compatibility
  • Provide expert input into ATM analysis, design, and operational enhancement efforts
  • Ensure adherence to operational standards related to system integrity, security, fraud mitigation, change control, and performance management
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, leadership, vendors, and service providers
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation, tools, and knowledge resources to support operational continuity
  • Contribute to enterprise projects, task forces, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform additional duties as required to support operational goals
Required Qualifications
  • Advanced experience in ATM operations, ATM lifecycle management, or related financial systems operations
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to exercise sound judgment and influence outcomes
  • Strong expertise in incident management, monitoring environments, and operational performance optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex operational issues and recommend effective, data‑driven solutions
  • Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives, projects, or operational improvements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, leadership, vendors, and external partners
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience managing operational or technical teams
  • Experience supporting 24/7/365 operational environments
  • Working knowledge of banking or financial services industry standards and practices
  • Experience leveraging monitoring data to reduce downtime, improve reliability, and enhance customer experience
