Job summary

TEKsystems in Columbus, OH is seeking two experienced ATM Testers to join a team supporting a major banking customer in the ATM lab. You will perform both hardware and software testing in a hands-on lab environment, focusing on next-generation platforms and imaging tasks.

This contract role is onsite in Columbus, offering pay of $40–$45 per hour, with eligibility for standard benefits as described in the posting. Analysts will troubleshoot, log analyze, and drive certification timelines.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in ATM Testing.
• Experience in ATM certification, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in ATM Imaging & Re-Imaging.
• Strong skills in hardware troubleshooting and software/functional testing.
• Ability to perform log analysis and technical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Execute certification testing on next-generation ATM platforms.
• Accelerate the certification process for new ATM deployments.
• Perform both software and hardware testing in a lab environment.
• Conduct ATM Imaging and Re-Imaging by building, configuring, and resetting ATM environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware by opening machines, diagnosing faults, and working with firmware and physical components.
• Execute software/functional testing, validate functionality, and identify defects.
• Analyze logs, investigate issues, and determine root causes to solve technical problems.
