Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking two experienced ATM Testers to support a high-visibility certification initiative with a major banking customer in Columbus, Ohio. You will work onsite in the customer's ATM lab, performing both hardware and software testing on next-generation ATM platforms.

ATM Tester - Hardware & Software

Job Description

We are seeking two experienced ATM Testers to join our team and support a high-visibility ATM certification initiative with a major banking customer in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will work onsite in the customer's ATM lab, executing certification testing on next-generation ATM platforms. This position combines both software and hardware testing responsibilities, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on technical work in a lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute certification testing on next-generation ATM platforms.
• Accelerate the certification process for new ATM deployments.
• Perform both software and hardware testing in a lab environment.
• Conduct ATM Imaging and Re-Imaging by building, configuring, and resetting ATM environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware by opening machines, diagnosing faults, and working with firmware and physical components.

Essential Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in ATM Testing.
• Experience in ATM certification, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in ATM Imaging & Re-Imaging.
• Strong skills in hardware troubleshooting and software/functional testing.
• Ability to perform log analysis and technical problem solving.

Additional Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in the finance and banking sectors, particularly with NCR systems, is a plus.

Work Environment

Work onsite in a collaborative ATM lab environment in Columbus, Ohio. Engage in technical and hands-on tasks rather than traditional desk-based QA testing. The role offers a balance of software and hardware testing in a dynamic setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
