Cash Depot is seeking a self-motivated Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair ATMs and Air/Vac equipment across designated territories.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical or electro-mechanical equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to lift/move equipment up to 150 lbs.
• Willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, repair, and remove ATMs, Air/Vac equipment, and other Cash Depot products.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical, hardware, and equipment issues.
• Perform ATM cash replenishment and coin removal services.
• Complete software updates, diagnostics, and equipment testing.
• Maintain service documentation accurately and on time.
• Partner with dispatch to complete service requests and installations.
