Job summary

A leading financial services company is seeking a Field Service Technician I in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will represent the brand, diagnose ATM issues, and perform maintenance at customer locations. This position offers competitive pay with an hourly rate starting at $14.00, plus additional earnings opportunities based on productivity. Flexible scheduling is required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Represent NCR Atleos by being the first line of response on-site at customer locations.
• Diagnose problems based on ATM error logs and service app information.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs.

Skills

Basic Electrical and Mechanical aptitude

Problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently

Proficient with Android cell phones

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Associate degree (preferred)
