Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician II to cover Northern Wisconsin. You will install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems, coordinate with customers, and handle system access and security configurations.

Training is provided, with opportunities for growth in a global financial services environment. The role requires local geographic eligibility, a valid US work status, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls.
• Manage everything from network faults and traffic, to configuration, security, and remote system access.
