Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. in Dayton, OH is seeking a Field Service Technician to service ATMs within the local territory. You will install, repair, load software, perform preventive maintenance, and provide on-site support to ensure ATM uptime and security.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent
• ATM field service experience is preferred, not required; 3–5 years of field service experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs or other products in a defined geographic territory.
• Train staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks of equipment.
• Coordinate with internal and external support for maintenance.
• Maintain service levels as defined per customer contract.
• Perform preventive maintenance including diagnostics, testing and cleaning.
• Travel as required within territory and on short notice.
