Qualifications

• 1-3 years banking experience preferred
• Familiarity with Windows-based computers and MS Office
• Ability to work with the public and Follow Customer Service Standards

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for ATM/Debit and electronic services
• Assist customers with Online Banking, Bill Pay and Telephone Banking questions
• Balance and reconcile ATM/debit card transactions daily and resolve exceptions
• Monitor fraud reports and contact customers as needed
• Manage compromised card lists and replacement card orders
• Support enrollment and use of Online Banking and Bill Pay
• Troubleshoot online banking and card issues in cooperation with COCC/Fiserv teams
• Cross-train to cover daily department tasks in absence of others
