Job summary

Wescom Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide service and technical support on ATM systems, networks, PIN-based POS, and PINLess transactions. The role involves handling member inquiries, disputes, and balancing, with collaboration across departments and vendors.

The candidate should bring experience with ATM operations, regulatory understanding (Reg E) and data analysis, and possess strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous financial industry and customer service experience preferred.
• 6 months as an Electronic Services Rep I, or 2 years financial services experience.
• General understanding of ATM systems and hardware, Regulation E, and shared network adjustment systems.
• Ability to analyze data, balance figures, compile data, and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English; second language desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and technical support on ATMs, ATM networks, PIN-based POS and PINLess transactions.
• Serve as a resource for member research requests, dispute resolution, settlement, and balancing.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendor partners; support MER/operational improvements.
• Provide monthly statistical reporting to management outlining detailed payment activity and QA.
• Support mergers, conversions, and processing conversions as needed.
