Job summary

Oxalis is seeking an Atlassian Solutions Engineer to bridge sales and delivery, shaping how clients adopt better ways of working across IT, software development, and business. You will design solutions spanning enterprise strategy, service management, and enterprise work management, explaining architecture to IT leaders and executives alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in presales or solutions engineering for SaaS or enterprise software.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into scalable architectures.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Experience designing demonstrations and solution narratives.
• Knowledge of Agile, ITSM, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with enterprise work management and portfolio alignment.
• Ability to work with cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and shape solution strategies.
• Lead discovery sessions across IT, engineering, and business teams.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations across Atlassian platforms.
• Translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures spanning Agile, ITSM, and EWM.
• Articulate value of modern ways of working linking portfolio, DevOps, and service management.
• Provide technical validation throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure presales to implementation continuity.
• Contribute to RFP/RFI responses with clear solution approaches and technical detail.
• Stay current on Atlassian capabilities and marketplace trends.
