Job summary

Koniag Advisory and Business Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks an Atlassian Platform Engineer to configure, integrate, and sustain Jira, Confluence, and related tools for Agile delivery and knowledge management. Hybrid work with one day on-site in the Washington, DC area; ET core hours; ability to obtain Public Trust is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/SE or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise software platforms and ALM/workflow tools.
• 3+ years configuring Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management or similar.

Responsibilities

• Configure Jira projects, workflows, boards, dashboards, automations, and Confluence spaces.
• Support Jira Service Management setup, queues, SLAs, and knowledge integration.
• Enforce platform standards, governance, naming, permissions, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Integrate with CI/CD, ServiceNow, identity, reporting, and collaboration tools.
• Maintain documentation and user guidance; assist with migrations and releases.
