Job summary

Horizon3 is hiring an IT Admin to manage collaboration, service management, and automation platforms across the organization. You will own Jira/JSM, Confluence, Loom, and the Workato layer, handling provisioning, workflows, SLAs, and RBAC.

This role partners with the Senior Engineer and AI Admins and offers a clear growth path toward senior engineering. You will drive cross-functional improvements, support citizen developers, maintain documentation, and ensure data privacy and auditable data

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Jira and Confluence in an org with multiple teams.
• Experience configuring workflows, custom fields, and automation rules including SLAs.
• Knowledge of RBAC and least-privilege across SaaS platforms and managing permission schemes.
• Experience managing a request queue and resolving access/configuration issues within service levels.
• Ability to scope, plan, and complete moderately complex projects with minimal direction.
• Ability to write clear documentation and user guidance for technical and non-technical employees.

Responsibilities

• Administer Jira, JSM, Confluence, and Loom including provisioning, groups, permissions, and licensing.
• Resolve access, permission, and configuration requests from cross-functional teams.
• Configure projects, workflows, screens, custom fields, and automation rules in Jira and Confluence.
• Configure JSM types, queues, forms, SLAs, and tune via performance data.
• Scope and deliver moderately complex improvements end-to-end with minimal direction.
• Monitor Workato recipe runs and triage failures with detailed diagnostics.
• Onboard citizen developers, provision sandboxes and service accounts, apply templates and guardrails.
• Apply RBAC and least-privilege access across platforms and run license reviews.
• Identify repetitive admin tasks and automate them.
• Maintain knowledge base articles and runbooks.
• Report on license utilization, demand, and platform health.
